What to write to us about

• Corrections. If you spot a factual error or something out of date, tell us the page and what you think is wrong. A source helps. Our process is described in the editorial standards.
• Questions about the site. Questions about how an article is put together or where to find something are welcome.
• Partnership enquiries. We are open to hearing from organizations, but we do not accept paid placements without clear disclosure, and we do not endorse specific products.

What we cannot do

We cannot give personal financial, tax or legal advice, and we cannot recommend whether you should buy, sell or hold bitcoin. For decisions about your own money, please speak to a qualified professional.

We are also not an exchange, wallet provider or broker, so we cannot help with account problems, lost passwords, lost keys or recovering funds. Please be careful with anyone who offers to recover lost bitcoin for a fee, as this is a common scam.
